1 3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
3 oz. package orange or peach Jell-O
4 c. diced peaches

Crust:

16 graham crackers
1 cube melted butter

Topping:

8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
12 oz. carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, cornstarch, and sugar until thick. Add Jell-O powder; stir and chill. Add peaches to mixture. In a 9 x 13" pan, press crust (chrushed graham crackers and butter) to bottom. Topping: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Pour peach mixture over creamed cheese mixture. Chill until set.
