10 potatoes, 1 lg. onion, salt and pepper, 1 c. cheddar cheese soup
peel and boil potatoes. Drain and slice potatoes into a greased casserole dish. Mince onion and add to potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix soup with 1/2 c. water and pour over potatoes. Refrigerate several hours. Bake @ 350º for 35 to 45 min.
