*1/4 cup olive oil
* 3 TBSP. balsamic vinegar
* 1 clove garlic,minced
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 6 tomatoes,cut into 1" pieces
* 4 sliced scallions
* 1 loaf Italian bread / 1" cubed / toasted
* 1 yellow pepper,cut into 1" pieces
* 1 thick slice prosciutto ham { about 1/4 # }
cut into 1" pieces
* 1/3 cup Kalamata olives,pitted & sliced
* 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves,sliced julienne

Directions:

*Whisk 1st 4 ingredients together in a large bowl.
*Add remaining ingredients,toss to coat.
*Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
*Toss again before serving.
