5 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 sticks melted butter
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp anish extract ( or any other flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add cool melted butter and extract. Sift flour w/baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Dough should be sticky. Drop by teaspoonful on hot pizzelle iron. Cook until light brown.

To make ice cream cups, while pizzelles are still hot, invery custard cup, top with another custard cup to form bowl.

These should be thin. I've used strawberry and butter pecan extract as well as vanilla.
