Beef Roast (chuck or round)
celery
carrots
can corn
can peas
can of tomato juice
diced potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Roast, cut up celery and add about 1/2 hour before roast is finished, let celery get done, then add carrots for about 1/2 hour. Add corn, peas and can of tomato juice. Add diced potatoes about 1 hour before you plan to serve.
