Directions:
Brown hamburger & onions. Drain any fat. In the same skillet with meat & onions, add; green chiles with juice, olives and 1 can of sauce, simmer for about 20 minutes.

In a separate skillet, heat about 1/2 can of sauce. Take one tortilla at a time and dip both sides into the heated sauce, then put some of the meat mixture in tortilla and place some of the shredded cheese on top of meat. Roll tortilla like a burrito and place into a 9X13 baking dish. Continue this process until the baking dish is full. Pour any remaining sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with more shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
