2 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. heavy cream or milk
2 c. macaroni
to 1 lb. shredded colby or cheddar cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour slowly to butter, stirring as you go. Add milk or cream slowly, stirring so it does not clump up. Simmer so it will thicken and continue to stir the entire time it is simmering. Add 1/2 of the cheese to the mixture. After cheese melts add cooked macaroni. Mix together and pour into buttered backing dish. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
