8 oz. med egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 t. salt
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. pepper
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Fold noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, and onions together. Spoon half of mixture into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with half the meat mixture. Repeat layers and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
