1 c. Minute Rice - uncooked
1 box (10 oz) Frozen Broccoli - thawed
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 c. cubed Velveeta Cheese
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Water
1 c.Chopped Onion
1/2 c. Margarine - Melted
1 c. diced cooked chicken (if desired)

Directions:

Mix all together and place in casserole dish (2 quarts)

Bake at 325 for 45 min to 1 hour
