3 egg yolks
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c. milk
3 egg whites beaten until stiff
6-8 slices of bread
butter and syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks, flour, salt, baking powder together with a fork adding milk a little at a time until all the milk is in the mixture. Add the egg whites that have been beaten until stiff. Blend well. Place each slice of bread in the mixture, turn, and cover both sides. Cook on a griddle at 400 F until nicely browned on each side. Serve with butter and any flavor of syrup you wish.
