3-5 pound beef brisket
1 12-16 oz bottle catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cloves
3 cloves garlic
5 Tblsp worchestershire sauce
2 Tblsp chili powder
1/2 Tblsp ground cumin
1 large onion, chopped
3 Tblsp steak sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tblsp celery seeds
2 tsp ground basil
1 Tblsp Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown brisket on all sides. Transfer to crock-pot.
On stove in sauce pan mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over brisket in crock pot, turn on high until mixture boils again. Turn pot down to low and cook 6-8 hours.
Remove from pot, slice against grain of meat and serve on hamburger buns. I like mine toasted!
