2 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp butter
2 rounded Tbsp flour
grated rind and juice of one lemon
1 cup milk

Directions:
Stir yolks, sugar, butter, flour and find and juice. Add milk. Last fold in the well beaten egg whites. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes then bake 350º until finished.

This is for 1 pie. You can make 4 pies with 3 lemons.
