Ingredients:  
7 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 sticks celery, diced
2 sticks margarine
celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook diced potatoes in salted water till tender. In separate small pan cook diced celery until tender. When potatoes are done, drain but keep juice to use later to thin soup. Mix soup, margarine, potatoes and celery in 4 quart soup kettle. Add celery seed and mix throughly. Add potato juice to thin to your liking. Should be ready to eat as soon as sticks of margarine melt.
