1 c. sugar or 18 packs of Equal 1 ½ c. water 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 pkgs. strawberry jello 2 qts. strawberries
Cook everything on top of stove (except strawberries) until mixture starts to boil. Take off stove. Let cool to room temperature. Pour ½ to ¾ cooled mixture over two quarts placed strawberries in cooked pie shell, wait 2-3 minutes and pour on rest of mixture. Serve with Cool Whip on top.
