1 store trimmed beef brisket - 4 lb. (very lean)
1 ½ (12 oz.) bottles chili sauce
1 can RC Cola©
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape off all fat from meat. Put brisket in large roasting pan. Combine other ingredients and mix well. Pour over brisket. Cover pan (lid or foil) roast 2 ½ or 3 hours. Remove brisket, wrap well in foil. Chill overnight. Save gravy in separate bowl. Preheat oven to 325º. Slice across grain very thin slices. Put back in pan and cover with gravy. Cover pan and heat for about 40 minutes.
