3 Tbs brown sugar, 1 Tbs. paprika, 2 tsp. onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1-2 tsp chili powder, non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. When using, pour into a plastic ziplock bag and add chicken pieces, one at a time (can also be used with other meats, but is especially good with poultry). Shake well. Remove from bag and arrange pieces on a plate. Spray both sides of the pieces with a non-stick cooking spray. Grill chicken, turning often to prevent sticking.

If you haven't tried rubs when grilling or baking meat, you really should! Keeps all the juices in the meat and adds wonderful flavor. And they are so easy to make.
