1 lb. ground chuck
tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
c. parmesan cheese
c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
1 T. parsley
tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large fork, mix meat with cheese and crumbs and spices. Mix together egg and water. Blend into meat mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and place on greased roasting pan or heavy cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. Continue till all are baked. Scrape particles off pan after draining off most of the grease. Add to sauce to flavor. Enjoy.
