1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Grease and flour cookie sheet. Cream together oil, eggs, and pumpkin until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
