1 refrigerated pizza crust
8 Tbsp. sour cream (can use fat free)
1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered ranch dressing mix
4 oz. cooked chicken breast (chopped- or canned)
2 c. fresh broccoli (chopped)
1 c. carrots (chopped)
4 oz. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
sliced olives (small can)
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Roll out pizza crust on cookie sheet. Mix together sour cream and dressing mix. Spread mixture evenly over pizza crust. Sprikle chicken and veggies over crust and top with cheese.
Bake @ 400 for 18-20 minutes.
