2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage (Owens hot or mild)
12 oz. Cheddar cheese or Longhorn cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together until firm ball. Shape into small bite-size balls. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown. Freezable for up to 3 months.
