Thick crust: 2 pkg of powdered yeast
2/3 cup plus 4 TBSP warm water
3 cups flour
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
Thin crust: cut recipe in half.

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve yeast in warm water. Then mix all the ingredients together. Knead for 5 minutes. Put dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a dishtowel. Set bowl in a draft free, warm area. Let rise until doubled, about one hour.

When baking, bake crust in a 400 preheated oven on the bottom rack
Thick crust for 20 to 25 minutes
Thin crust for 15 to 20 minutes
