2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Cook broccoli until slightly tender. Drain broccoli thoroughly of all water. Mix all ingredients together. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Pour ingredients into dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, or until firm. (You can add fried onion rings during the last 15 minutes of baking, if desired).
