1 lb. ground beef
24 oz. tomato sauce
1 8 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles.
Brown beef and pour off fat. Add tomato sauce and paste, garlic and spaghetti sauce mix. Stir and bring to boil.
Put a layer of cooked noodles on bottom of 9X13 pan. Pour 1/2 of meat mixture over noodles. Mix cottage cheese with egg and layer over meat mixture. Repeat with noodles, and meat. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
