6 medium potatoes 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. grated cheese 2 tsp. onion seasoning salt and pepper
Cook potatoes with skins, let cool; peel and grate. Mix together potatoes, butter, soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper, and cheese. Put in casserole dish. Grate a little more cheese on top. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350º. Optional: top with butter and cornflakes.
