2 c. apples, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
3 T brown sugar
2 T butter
4 T Amaretto

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium-sized pan, saute the apples in the brown sugar and butter for 5-10 minutes. Add the Amaretto; mix well and serve. May be served alone or as a topping for ice cream or crepes.
