2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 lb spaghetti
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic, oil and salt in a small skillet, over medium-low heat; cook stirring Occasionally until garlic is golden about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to pkg directions. Drain well, reserving a bit of the cooking water. Pour garlic mixture over the pasta in a serving bowl, adding some of the cooking water if pasta seems dry. Sprinkle parsley over pasta.
Serve hot.
