3 cups self-rising flour
3 tablespoons sugar
12 ounces room temperature beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend flour and sugar until well mixed. Blend in beer, a little at a time, until mixed. Do not overmix. Put into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until done. Can butter the top when removed from the oven.
