4 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 t. vanilla
2 c. frozen blueberries (unthawed)
Topping:2 T. sugar, 1/2 t. nutmeg (combined)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in frozen blueberries. Fill muffin cups (greased or paper lined) to 2/3 full. Sprinkle with sugar/nutmeg topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool in pan for 10 min. before removing to wire rack.

This is a big batch. Can easily be halfed. These are very good and blueberries are very healthy!!!
