4 slices buttered bread, toasted
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. boiling water
1 t. vanilla flavoring
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the toasted bread into cubes and place in buttered 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins. Combine the eggs, 1/4 c. sugar, salt, milk and water; pour over raisins and bread. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
