1/2 pound ground beef
2 rib celery, chopped
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped green pepper
28 oz chopped tomatoes with juice
3 - 8" zucchini chopped
2 C water
1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp salt if desired
1 tsp beef boullion if desired
1/2 tsp sugar
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, mix all ingredients together in stock pot or crock pot, simmer until you're ready to eat! Garnish with parmesan cheese on top if you like.

My friend Marcy makes this soup in the summer time, she adds whatever vegetables she has on hand, fresh corn for example, it is always delicious.
