1/3 Cup evaporated milk
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 C semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 C chopped nuts
1 C mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, milk and salt in a 2 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over low heat. Boil and stir three minutes or until candy thermometer reads 225 Degrees. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla & nuts, stirring until marshmallows & chocolate chips are melted. Pour into a buttered 8x8 pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1 1/2 " squares.

I loved to make fudge at Christmas time growing up, but we would take it outside into the cold air to stir and stir... sometimes it would be great, other times too dry or too soft. This recipe was on the package of marshmallows, and it turns out great every time!
