1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbls soft butter
2 Tbls flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
dash salt
1 egg
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy, the add in sugar and butter until well blended. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until well mixed.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into pan, sprinkle with topping mixture, the repeat with rest of batter then topping. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
