1 pound lean ground beef 3 Tbls minced garlic 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp pepper 2 tsp salt 2 eggs 4 slices french bread soaked in water for 5 minutes 1 cup dry italian bread crumbs 1/2 cup olice oil
Add everything together up to, and including the eggs. Squeeze out the bread and add to mixture. Add oil. Make meatballs and roll them in dry bread crumbs. Place all of them in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 425º.
