3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 box vanilla wafers
Comstock pie filling (cherry, blueberry, strawberry)
Cupcake papers

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Add yolks to cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Beat egg whites until fluffy, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
Place a vanilla wafer in a cupcake paper, flat side down. Place mixture in baking cups and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool, then add topping of choice.
