1 lb. fresh spinach
6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
2 boiled eggs chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Wash spinach and tear into bite size pieces. Put in large salad bowl and sprinkle bacon and eggs on top. Set aside.
Combine last six ingredients in blender and blend to make dressing. Pour over salad just before serving.
