1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 (8ox.) pkg.cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 stick butter/margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9" x 14" baking pan. Spread coconut and pecans on bottom. Mix cake according to package directions. Pour over pecans and coconut. Melt butter/magarine; add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well. Spread over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done.
