8 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 med onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream soup (celery or chicken or mushroom )
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, and sauce made from soups, pepper and milk.Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
