5 sweet potatoes, sliced
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbls flour
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Layer the sliced potatoes on the bottom. Sprinkle with the mixture of sugar, flour, and salt. Dot with pats of butter, then pour 1 cup whipping cream over the top. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
