In a separate bowl: 2 Tbls cocoa powder 2 Tbls sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together, adding 3/4 of the cocoa mixture to the batter. Pour batter into a tube pan (greased and floured) and sprinkle the rest on top. Swirl to make pattern. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
