2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese or light neufchatel cheese,
softened
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crumb crust (9 in.)
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer at
medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour
into ready made crust. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Cool.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate
until ready to serve.

I love this recipe topped with the cherry pie filling, but other pie
fillings can be used as well. You can also cut a few calories from
this recipe by using "lite" pie fillings and "lite" cream cheese.
