5 zucchini, cooked
2 eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp butter
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart casserole place zucchini on bottom.
Combine eggs, mayo, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over zucchini. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
