2 Egg Whites
3/4 c. Sugar
1 c. chopped Nuts
1 c. Chocolate Chips OR
1 c. M & M's

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400. Beat Beat Beat egg whites until very stiff and gradually add sugar and continue beating until shiny. Fold in nuts and whatever else you choose. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper and drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets. Turn OFF oven and put cookies in oven. Leave in oven 5 hours or overnight
