2 c. cooked chicken chunks
2 pkgs. broccoli, cooked [or a lg. pkg. of broccoli/carrot/cauliflower mix]
2 cans of broccoli-cheese soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder [optional]
1 c. grated cheddar
1 c. stuffing mix
4 T. melted butter/margarine
1/2 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chicken and broccoli in 13x9" casserole dish. Tuck in slices of water chestnuts.
Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry.
Pour over chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese, then stuffing mix, then melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
