1 lb graham crackers, crushed
1 lb marshmallows
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 lb dates, chopped
1 small container red candied cherries, chopped
1 small container green candied cherries, chopped
2 small containers candied pineapple, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marshmallows, margarine and milk; cook over low heat stirring occasionally, until marshmallows melt. Add vanilla and pour over crushed graham crackers; mix well. Add other ingredients, one at a time, mixing well.

Pour mixture into tube pan (or loaf pans) that have been greased with margarine. Store in refrigerator. Needs no baking - keeps well.

This is a favorite of Mike's family. It's better after in the refrigerator for a while - so we make it at Thanksgiving and it's "just right" for Christmas.
