1/2 lb. ground beef
3 minced cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
one 28 oz. can tomatoes (cut in small pieces)
one 10 3/4 oz. can beef broth
one soup can water
2 T. chili powder
one 15 1/4 oz. can undrained kidney beans
2 medium sliced zucchini
3 c. frozen mixed vegetables
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked macaroni

In Dutch oven, brown beef. Drain off fat, add garlic and onion and sauté one minute. Add remaining ingredients except macaroni. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add macaroni and simmer a few more minutes. If too thick, add a little more water to the soup.
