1 c. all purpose flour
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3/4 lb. cut up; 4 breast, 6 legs)
2 T. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 T. brown sugar
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg frozen corn (16 oz. thawed)

Directions:
Place flour in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken a few pieces at a time and shake to coat. In large skillet brown chicken in oil; transfer to ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Drain skillet reserving 2 T. drippings. In drippings, sautÚ onion, green pepper and celery until tender. In a bowl, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; add vegetable. Bring to boil. Pour over chicken; cover; bake 350║ F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with corn. Bake 18-20 minutes longer or until chicken pieces run clear and corn is tender.
