1 spaghetti squash (~2 1/2 lbs.)
1 large finely chopped onion
1 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped red sweet pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Cook squash. When cool, scoop out squash separating with fork. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, add squash and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon as a salad or as a relish with burgers and hot dogs. Store in refrigerator.
