1/2 cup of butter
1 egg, separated
1 cup of chopped nuts
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of flour
Jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg yolk. Beat. Add flour. Form into balls, dip in egg white (slightly beaten). Roll in chopped nuts. Depress center. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Remove. Depress again. Bake 10 minutes more. When cool fill with jam.
