1/2 cup of butter 1 egg, separated 1 cup of chopped nuts 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of flour Jam
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg yolk. Beat. Add flour. Form into balls, dip in egg white (slightly beaten). Roll in chopped nuts. Depress center. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Remove. Depress again. Bake 10 minutes more. When cool fill with jam.
