1-Oz can crushed pineapple
1 small lemon jello
2-Oz pkg. cream cheese (broken into pieces)
1-Oz can pimentos, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
dash of salt
1 cup cream (I use dream whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple, add enough water to make 2 cups. Heat to boiling and add jello. Stir until dissolved. Chill till mixture is somewhat set. Stir in remaining ingredients except cream. Fold in cream and pour into mold. Chill till firm.

This is a recipe Grandma Gregerson used and my Mom has a copy of it in Grandma's handwriting. I remember she use to use dream whip a lot but I am now sure if you can still buy it.
