1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or oleo
1 cup sifted flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Using a med sauce pan, heat to a rolling boil the water and the butter. Stir in all at once the 1cup flour and a dash of salt ( use a wooden spoon).
Stir over low heat until the mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in , 1 at a time, the 4 eggs. Beat until smooth and velvety. Drop from a spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees and until dry ( about 30 min ). Cool.

This recipe is great. Can fill with many different fillings. Whipped cream, crab salad, chicken salad. Great for parties or receptions.
